Bias Tape is lightweight PVC material with a woven nylon base fabric cut on the bias so that it stretches slightly to make a tight fit over a rip or hole. Bias Tape is used as a field patch on PVC or Urethane rafts, or as an inside and outside patch over a long rip or tear.  Sold by the foot.
